Christchurch charity boxing death : Kain Parson trainer gives evidence

Alfeld’s left hand landed on Parsons’ face in the second round. In the 3rd round, Parsons received a standing 8 count from Alfeld.

He was matched against Steve Alfeld after a series of cancellations and changes in the fight schedule.

He was originally scheduled to fight Steve Alfeld, but Alfeld pulled out due to injury. Parsons was then matched against a different opponent, but the fight was cancelled due to a change in the promotion’s rules. Eventually, he was matched against Steve Alfeld, and the fight took place on 28 February 2015 at the O2 Arena in London.
