The Return of a Duo
Two-time world champions, Carl ‘King Flashy 242’ Hield and Rashield ‘Raw’ Williams, returned to their home training base at Ronn Rodgers’ Strikers Boxing Club in the Bahamas, ready to put in the work and stay focused on their upcoming fights. Rest and Relaxation
The duo arrived back in the Bahamas for a brief rest and relaxation period before heading off to their training camp in Colombia for their next bout. However, they quickly got back to work, with Hield stating, “It’s good to be back home training here with Mr. Ronn Rodgers and staying as fit as we can until we head off to training camp.”
Williams added, “I’m grateful to be here with him. We both got a chance to win a title in the same ring in our last fight. We travelled together as amateurs and now as pros, we’re trying to make the best of it.”

The training schedule for the duo has been busy, with Hield focusing on his strength and conditioning, while Williams is working on his technique and strategy.
